Eligibility Requirements
Participants must be 18 years or older to enter.
The Norwegian Championship is open to Norwegian citizens and players with a registered residential address in Norway.
International players can participate in selected events. These are the events with the "globe" 🌎 symbol next to them.
The event open to all players in 2024 are:

Payment solutions
Participants must use their own bank account to make purchases for the Norwegian Poker Championship. The pre-registration portal pokernm.betzzi.com is to be used for selection of events. The order must be completed with the same name as on the bank account used for purchases. Both the name on the ID card and the bank card will be checked during tournament registration, and if they do not match, the player will not be allowed to participate.
How Betzzi works
Select the tournaments you wish to participate in. Proceed to the cart and enter payment information. Fill out your contact information. You will then receive an invoice that must be paid within 48 hours. Players with international accounts must complete pre-purchases via bank transfer before the event starts. There will be no option to buy in to events at the venue. Please also note that there is a max loss limit of 20 000 kr in total on events, which lets players buy-in to events for a maximum of 20 000 kr in advance.
Payment via Bank Transfer
Pre-registration is not complete until the tournament buy-in has been paid and confirmed. Bank transfers must be for the full amount of your selected tournaments, including transfer fees, and should be sent to:

Confirmation of Purchase
Your purchase is not confirmed until the tournament order can be matched with your bank deposit. You will receive a confirmation email with information about your purchase. This process may take up to 3 business days, and we ask participants to wait 3 business days after completing the bank transfer before following up on their registration.
Your tournament seat will be sent to you via Betzzi.com no later than one hour before the tournament starts. You can go directly to the gaming venue with ID and seat confirmation on your mobile device. It is also possible to go to the registration desk and have a receipt for your tournament seat printed out.
Tournament Buy-ins During Championship Week
On Monday, September 23, at 10:00 AM, the option to purchase via invoice on the Betzzi payment portal will close. This is the last opportunity to secure a ticket for international players.
Payout of Winnings
Winnings will be paid directly to the bank account used to buy into the tournament. It will not be possible to receive cash payouts. It will not be possible to transfer winnings to other accounts or individuals.
Refunds
Changes to tournament buy-ins and refunds can be made on-site at the gaming venue right up until the tournament starts. This is done directly at the championship’s registration desk dedicated to exchanges and refunds.
Cancellations and changes of tournaments can also be made via email to info@norgesmesterskapetipoker.no. For refunds requested via email, the request must reach us no later than 48 hours before the tournament starts.
If no notice is given, the money will go into the prize pool even if the player does not participate.
Refunds for pre-registrations made before pre-registration closes (Monday, September 23) will include a refund of both the buy-in and the Betzzi service fee. Refunds for pre-registrations made during the Norwegian Poker Championship will not include a refund of the service fee.
